Weekly Photo Challenge: Layers

I decided to make this week’s Weekly Photo Challenge a continuation of my most recent post

As the layers of autumn leaves on show in this shot from the green near Dublin Castle seemed perfectly appropriate for this week’s category.

I played about with the colour balance a little to really bring out the various layers of colour on show, whilst the filter use felt right for the autumn feel of the image.

Hope you guys like!

  5. So pretty! I don’t like the cool weather, but I do like all the fall colors.

By the way, I’m going to Dublin next month – anything I absolutely shouldn’t miss? 🙂

    • It was pretty damn cold I have to say!

Oh that’s cool Jess – Funnily though I wouldn’t say it’s a city full of “essential sights”, more one to stroll around and see what you stumble across. But I did enjoy the Trinity College old library (shame about the entry price) and strolling around the Temple Bar and Dame Street areas. Hope you enjoy!
